Work facilities

Augment your onsite team with an offshore team exclusively dedicated to your work. You will have complete control on hiring the right candidates fit for your work, deciding on their work timings & workdays and have the ability to directly supervise their work. All this at a very reasonable cost and without being responsible for complying wth local labour & tax laws, or maintaining an offshore establishment.

You may begin with just one team member, and expand the team over time, based on your needs.

We also support your need to hire offshore team members on a temporary basis for a few months, to help you meet your peak workload.

Your offshore team will typically be college freshers (with education in accounting, auditing, law, and other subjects), looking for appropriate work experience, or looking for a job to fund their further post-graduate studies. These are young, bright, energetic people, fluent in the English language, seeking a decent pay (by Indian compensation standards). We aim to offer excellent work opportunities to such job-seekers and foresee no challenges in sourcing the right talent, fit for your work.

How it works

  • We understand your requirements – number of team members, full-time or temporary (time duration, if temporary)
  • We negotiate our contract terms mutually and enter into an agreement
  • We share a draft job description with you and finalise it based on your input.
  • We source candidate profiles from job sites, conduct the first interview to ascertain fitment for your purpose and share the shortlisted candidate profiles with you.
  • You conduct one or more rounds of interviews, as per your need, with the shortlisted candidates. We will facilitate the interviews and collate a final list of candidates cleared by you, in an order of preference for selection, based on your decision.
  • We finalize the offer for the candidate of first preference, obtain your clearance and release the offer to the candidate. (Minimum duration of the candidate contract is one year.)
  • If the candidate accepts the offer, we go ahead with deciding the joining date. If a re-negotiation is needed, we will consult you before we release a revised offer to the candidate. If re-negotiation is not feasible, we will consider making an offer to the candidate of your next preference.
  • Once a candidate is onboarded, he or she is assigned a system and granted access to our network and email. The candidate completes mandatory induction training and is ready to work with you.
  • Your team will onboard and train your offshore team and start assigning tasks.

What work will you offshore?

As a professional services firm, you will usually have multiple engagements with your clients. Considering each such engagement as a project, there are often routine, well-defined, repetitive tasks on a project which can be easily delegated to your offshore team. You may also consider delegating tasks relating to your internal office administration.

A few illustrative tasks are listed below:

  • Book-keeping – recording transactions, bank reconciliations, extracting and validating reports
  • Tax returns preparation in pre-defined templates or by using returns processing software
  • Documentation of audit procedures performed for financial statement audits
  • Documentation of control test procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) attestations, or management testing of SOX controls
  • Documentation of tests performed in System and Organization Control (SOC) assessments
  • Validation of documents provided by your clients
  • Tracking progress of work on your client projects, creating reports/ dashboards and follow-up
  • Collating time spent on each client project by your team, and generating invoices
  • Sending follow-up reminders to your clients for invoice collections, etc.
