In offshoring, you have a team (ranging from 1 individual onwards) full time dedicated to your work, throughout a period as per your needs (from a few months to an entire year). You would reimburse to us, the full pay for such team members, apart from other costs and fees as agreed.
In comparison, outsourcing involves delegating a job or a project to us, which is completed by a shared team. Costs are usually quoted on a per-hour basis for such jobs.

Our cost structure for offshoring services broadly has 2 components – pass-through direct costs based on actuals (team salary, rent for space per seat [if applicable], licences for cloud computer, tools, etc.) and our service fee. We do not mark-up the pass-through costs, which will be billed to you at actuals.
Our costs for outsourcing specific jobs are quoted on a per-hour basis, relative to the nature of work outsourced to us and skills involved in delivering such work.

We operate in a work-from-anywhere model. Your offshore team will either work from their homes, or from business centers spread across the city in which they reside.
Further, we have the ability to setup offshore teams across different cities in India, so that disruption in one region does not have an adverse impact on other regions. You may choose to spread your offshore team across various locations in India to meet your business continuity objectives.
All your information and documents will reside in your systems, or on cloud. This avoids dependencies on information availability or access, during events leading to disruptions & disasters.
We will enter into a formal contract, which we refer to as a Master Service Agreement (MSA). Each MSA will have one or more Statement of Work (SOW) corresponding to each specific requirement that you have. For e.g. we may negotiate separate SOWs for setting up an offshore team for you, and for outsourcing a specific job to us.
You have an absolute right to terminate a specific SOW or even the MSA by following the process included in the termination clauses in those respective documents.
We will send you monthly invoices and payments are to be made through wire transfers into our bank account.
We source talent through job sites such as Monster, or Indeed or Naukri or contract staffing agencies; or in some cases when specialised skills are needed, through recruiting agencies.
After completing an initial check, our team will facilitate candidate interviews and it will be your decision on who to hire for your offshore team.
For experienced hires, we usually source candidate profiles through recruiting agencies, based on your specific mandate. Final selection will be based on your decision.
The costs of living in India are usually a third of those in North America or western Europe. This drives the huge cost advantage of offshoring work to India.
We pay our teams very well – much above the living wage and above the median wage for comparable jobs with Indian companies.
We use a time monitoring tool, that records each team member’s log-in and log-out times and records tasks completed by them. Reports from this tool are monitored by us, and also available to you to help monitor your team members’ activities.
We encourage you to use a task management/ scheduling tool that helps you plan your team’s activities, defining completion timelines and targets. Dashboards and reports enable you to check the work progress and ascertain if your tasks are on track to closure.
We have developed standard performance metrics to help you measure your offshore team’s performance. We work with you to customize the performance metrics and define measurement thresholds to suit your needs. We will monitor your offshore team’s performance on a continuous basis and provide data to you to aid your evaluation of their performance.
We have designed the pay structure for your offshore team which has a mix of fixed pay, along with variable pay – linked to performance. The pay structure will be discussed with you in advance of hiring the team, and finalized based on your instructions. The variable pay component not only incentivises the team, it also acts as a disincentive in achieving a lower than expected performance.
We also plan to shortly introduce a reward and recognition program, designed to motivate the team and engage the team in a healthy peer competition.
We engage team members under a legally valid contract and a team member desiring to quit needs to give atleast one month’s notice, before they move out. We will replace such individual with a new team member, to ensure smooth work handover and continuity.
We have a level of redundancy built in, whereby a member of our shared team will temporarily replace a team member who cannot attend to your work due to any exigency.
