Outsourcing Services

Work facilities

Outsourcing differs from offshoring, primarily in terms of the level of our engagement. In outsourcing, you delegate specific jobs to our team, in comparison with offshoring, where you engage a dedicated team full time for your work.

Relatively complex work is outsourced to an experienced team, to enhance your onshore team’s productivity while delivering on your client projects. Our team who assist you in such work will have the relevant skills, experience in performing similar work, and will have the domain knowledge.

In the outsourced model, you will have the ability to directly supervise the team’s work.

Your outsourced team will usually be qualified accountants (Chartered Accountants), or semi-qualified candidates with experience in conducting financial statement audits, performing tests of controls, third party risk assessments, etc.

How it works

  • We understand your requirements – the type of work to be outsourced, quantum and delivery timelines.
  • We negotiate our contract terms mutually and enter into an agreement
  • We plan the work schedule based on your requirements
  • We assign one or more of our qualified and experienced team members to your project.
  • Our team has a debrief call with your team to understand the project and your expectations.
  • You assign tasks to the team as per the schedule and we report on the progress of your work.
  • Once the allocated work gets completed, your team reviews the work and provides comments on changes, if any, needed in the deliverables.
  • Upon finalization, the work is concluded.

What work will you outsource?

You may consider outsourcing your work requiring domain knowledge such as financial statement audits, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) attestations or SOX management testng or System and Organization Control (SOC) assessments, or Third Party Risk Assessments.

A few illustrative tasks are listed below:

  • Analysing the appropriateness of documentation provided by your clients in financial statement audits

  • Assisting your onshore team in conducting readiness assessments, type 1 and type 2 assessments for SOC reports
  • Quality review of work performed by your dedicated offshore team
